Brazil presents innovative agricultural machinery and auto parts at Agritechnica Hannover 2025.
Brazil is in the spotlight at Agritechnica Hannover 2025, the world's largest agricultural technology trade fair, taking place from November 9th to 15th in Germany. This participation reinforces the country's position as a leader in innovation in the agricultural machinery and equipment sector, with business expectations reaching US$$ 2 million.
Brazilian strategic presence
ApexBrasil coordinates two Brazilian pavilions in partnership with the Brazilian Association of Machinery and Equipment Industries (Abimaq) and the National Union of Automotive Components Industries (Sindipeças). The Abimaq pavilion, with 240 m², brings together companies from the agricultural machinery and equipment segment. The Sindipeças pavilion, with 96 m², showcases ten companies specializing in agricultural auto parts.
Numbers that speak
The Brazilian machinery and equipment industry is a robust sector: it comprises more than 9,000 companies, generates 392,000 direct jobs, and moves approximately US$270 billion in annual revenue. In 2024, the sector exported US$13.2 billion, consolidating its presence in strategic markets such as the United States, Argentina, Singapore, Mexico, and Germany.
During Agritechnica, expectations are for US$$ 500,000 in business during the event and US$$ 1.5 million in the post-fair period, in addition to 500 anticipated business contacts.
Impact on agribusiness
Participation reinforces ApexBrasil's commitment to expanding the international presence of Brazilian industry. These sectors play a strategic role in modernizing production and increasing the competitiveness of agribusiness, representing high-technology and high-value-added segments. Being present at an event of this magnitude consolidates partnerships, opens new markets, and demonstrates to the world the innovative capacity of Brazilian companies.
Broader context
Our presence at Agritechnica coincides with a period of strengthening Brazilian innovation. Simultaneously, initiatives such as the National Innovation Journey for Industry, promoted by CNI and Sebrae, are touring the country from July 2025 to March 2026, mapping the innovation ecosystem and identifying demands from the industrial sector to drive the ecological and digital transition.
