Banco do Brasil has signed a letter of intent with the European Investment Bank (EIB Global) to raise €350 million to support women entrepreneurs and the implementation of clean energy in the Legal Amazon region. The partnership was announced during COP30, held in Belém, reinforcing the bank's commitment to sustainable development and social inclusion in the region.

The National Monetary Council (CMN) approved changes that expand access to emergency credit lines under the Sovereign Brazil Plan for companies impacted by the United States' tariff increase. With a total of R$ 30 billion available, the new rules include suppliers of exporting companies and broaden eligibility criteria, seeking to preserve liquidity, production, and jobs in the most affected sectors.
