Brazil strengthens its presence at the largest agricultural technology fair in Europe.<\/h2>\n

Brazil established a strategic presence at Agritechnica 2025, held from November 9 to 15 in Hannover, Germany, the largest agricultural technology fair in Europe, which expects to receive more than 430,000 visitors from around 130 countries.<\/p>\n

Nine Brazilian companies participated in the event, consolidating the country as a global leader in solutions for agribusiness. Among them are Colombo, J.Assy, Eirene Solutions, Globus Electronics, Indutar, Magnojet, Multibelt, Stara, and Vence Tudo.<\/p>\n

Innovations and technologies presented<\/h3>\n

The Brazilian pavilion showcased more than five agricultural machines and implements, including planters, harvesters, sprayers, and selective spraying systems. A highlight was the SaveFarm\u00ae system, which uses advanced artificial intelligence algorithms to identify weeds with high precision, enabling selective spraying and reducing herbicide use by up to 95%. Currently, SaveFarm\u00ae is used on more than 200 farms in Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay, and Argentina, with plans to expand throughout Latin America.<\/p>\n

Globus Electronics, a leader in controllers for large vehicles, has also attracted attention with its intelligent solutions for the B2B automotive market, exporting to more than 40 countries since 1998.<\/p>\n

The impact of technology on Brazilian agribusiness.<\/h3>\n

These innovations reflect Brazil's technological advancement in the agricultural sector, which seeks to increase productivity with sustainability and efficiency. The adoption of artificial intelligence and automated systems contributes to reducing the use of chemical inputs, lessening the environmental impact, and increasing competitiveness in the global market.<\/p>\n

Innovation and the environment<\/h3>\n

Meanwhile, the Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation, Luciana Santos, highlighted the importance of technology serving the environment, especially for the decarbonization of industry and agriculture, emphasizing Brazil's commitment to sustainability and the bioeconomy.<\/p>\n

Challenges for Brazilian companies<\/h3>\n

Despite the progress, recent research indicates that many companies have not yet fully adapted to the technological changes required by tax reform, especially in the automation of tax processes, which could impact business continuity.<\/p>\n
