The announcement was made during the panel &quot;Digital Public Infrastructures and Digital Public Goods for Accelerating Climate Action,&quot; led by Minister Esther Dweck.<\/p>\n<h3>International impact and recognition<\/h3>\n<p>The CAR, now internationally recognized as the Rural Environmental Registry (RER), has been included in the catalog of the Digital Public Goods Alliance (DPGA), a global network that brings together open digital solutions with the potential for social and environmental impact.
