Both moves reinforce the country&#039;s leading role in innovation and digitalization, even amidst economic challenges.<\/p>\n<h3>The national satellite 100% will be launched by November.<\/h3>\n<p>Developed by the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), the Brazilian satellite will be launched by the end of November 2025. The project, which uses national technology in all components, aims to monitor the climate and the environment, contributing to public policies and responses to natural disasters.<sup>1<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<h3>Tax incentives for training young people in IT.<\/h3>\n<p>On Wednesday (12), the Senate Science and Technology Committee approved PL 3040\/2025, which grants tax incentives to companies that promote IT training programs for young people between 18 and 29 years old.
