In recent days, delegations from startups, large companies, and public institutions have been present at strategic events such as the Web Summit Lisbon and COP30, reinforcing the country's leading role in innovation and socio-environmental impact.<\/p>\n

Brazilian startups at Web Summit Lisbon<\/h3>\n

SP Global Tech, a program of the S\u00e3o Paulo State Secretariat of Science, Technology and Innovation, took ten startups from S\u00e3o Paulo to Web Summit Lisbon, one of the world's largest technology events. The event brought together more than 70,000 participants, 1,000 speakers, and a highly qualified audience, including CEOs, founders, investors, and global leaders.<\/p>\n

Among the selected companies, Dynadok stands out, also participating in the 4CIO 2025 Mission in Porto de Galinhas (PE). The event connects Brazilian companies to the American IT market, bringing together more than 70 foreign companies, such as Sumitomo Chemical America, Scotiabank USA, and New York Life Insurance. Dynadok seeks to expand internationally in 2026, presenting innovative solutions for global CIOs.<\/p>\n

AI transforms the Brazilian credit market.<\/h3>\n

Artificial intelligence is already a well-established reality in the credit sector in Brazil. According to ANBC, the technology has reduced operational costs, increased the accuracy of analyses, and improved the consumer experience. In credit bureaus, AI is used for instant score updates, real-time fraud detection, and automation of statistical models.<\/p>\n

At one company in the sector, more than 70% of the new models created in 2023 incorporated machine learning and deep learning, accelerating data processing by 20 times. Automation can reduce costs by up to 66% and accelerate the development of models that previously took weeks to complete.<\/p>\n

Brazil leads in tech salaries in Latin America.<\/h3>\n

Brazil leads Latin America in compensation for technology professionals, according to the report "The State of Global Compensation 2025" by Deel. Brazilian engineers and data scientists earn an average of US$67,000 per year. However, there is internal disparity: professionals in sales, marketing, product, and design are still far from the standards of the major economies.<\/p>\n

The survey highlights that 84% of technology contracts are with freelancers, especially in the areas of Engineering and Data. In Product and Design, the rate is 79%, while in Sales and Marketing, it is 55%. This practice allows companies to reduce costs and gain agility, but it also brings regulatory challenges and the risk of precarious employment.<\/p>\n

Green finance and impact investing<\/h3>\n

The Impacta Brasil Portal, launched at COP30, showcased 351 businesses with a positive socio-environmental impact, connecting national and international investors to ventures across the country. Finep highlighted technological innovation and green financing, supporting over 400 startups in recent years through programs such as Tecnova, Centelha, Inovacred, and direct economic subsidies.<\/p>\n

These initiatives reinforce Brazil's role as a global leader in innovation, technology, and socio-environmental impact.
