Brazilian startups in the spotlight at Web Summit Lisbon<\/h3>\n

Between November 10th and 13th, the Web Summit Lisbon brought together more than 70,000 participants, including CEOs, investors, and global leaders. The SP Global Tech program, from the S\u00e3o Paulo State Secretariat of Science, Technology and Innovation, took ten S\u00e3o Paulo-based startups to the event, expanding opportunities for internationalization and connection with the global technology ecosystem.1<\/sup>.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, Dynadok participated in the 4CIO 2025 Mission in Porto de Galinhas, connecting with foreign companies such as Sumitomo Chemical America, Scotiabank USA, and New York Life Insurance. The goal is to present innovative solutions and pave the way for international expansion in 2026.1<\/sup>.<\/p>\n

Artificial intelligence is transforming Brazilian credit.<\/h3>\n

The application of artificial intelligence (AI) in the credit sector is already a well-established reality in Brazil. According to ANBC, the technology has reduced operational costs by up to 661%, accelerated the development of statistical models, and increased security and speed in financial decisions.2<\/sup>.<\/p>\n

Companies in the sector are already incorporating machine learning and deep learning into more than 70% of new models, increasing data processing speed by 20 times. For Elias Sfeir, CEO of ANBC, AI should be seen as a tool of "expanded intelligence," which enhances human capabilities as long as it is used ethically and transparently.2<\/sup>.<\/p>\n

Brazil leads in tech salaries in Latin America.<\/h3>\n

A report by Deel shows that Brazil leads Latin America in compensation for technology professionals. Engineers and data scientists receive, on average, US$67,000 per year. However, there are internal disparities: technical areas have competitive salaries, while sales, marketing, product, and design are still far from the standards of the major economies.3<\/sup>.<\/p>\n

The survey also highlights that 84% of technology contracts are with freelancers, especially in Engineering and Data. This practice brings agility to companies, but also regulatory challenges and the risk of precarious employment.3<\/sup>.<\/p>\n

Sustainable financing and impact investing<\/h3>\n

During COP30 in Bel\u00e9m, Banco do Brasil signed a letter of intent with the European Investment Bank (EIB Global) to raise \u20ac350 million to support women entrepreneurs and the implementation of clean energy in the Legal Amazon region.4<\/sup>.<\/p>\n

The Impacta Brasil Portal was launched at COP30, showcasing 351 businesses with a positive socio-environmental impact. The virtual platform aims to connect national and international investors with sustainable ventures across the country.5<\/sup>.<\/p>\n

Finep highlighted technological innovation and green financing in panels at COP30, reinforcing its support for startups and clean technologies. Since 2023, more than 400 startups have been supported by programs such as Tecnova, Centelha, Inovacred, and direct economic subsidies.7<\/sup>.<\/p>\n

The progress shows that Brazil is positioning itself as a leader in global innovation, but it also faces challenges such as precarious working conditions, the need for regulation, and ensuring ethical application of technologies.
