The SP Global Tech program, from the Secretariat of Science, Technology and Innovation, in partnership with Invest SP, boosts the prominence of S\u00e3o Paulo startups in sectors such as artificial intelligence, fintechs, digital marketing and sustainability, expanding connections with investors and global leaders.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the startup Dynadok is participating in Mission 4CIO 2025, an event that connects Brazilian companies with over 70 foreign companies in the IT sector, focusing on the American market. Dynadok plans to expand internationally in 2026, highlighting the ambition of Brazilian startups to scale their businesses globally.<\/p>\n<h2>Artificial intelligence is revolutionizing the credit market in Brazil.<\/h2>\n<p>Artificial intelligence (AI) is no longer a promise, but a consolidated reality in the Brazilian financial system, especially in credit. According to the National Association of Credit Bureaus (ANBC), AI, which has evolved from machine learning to generative AI, has transformed processes with significant gains in reducing operational costs (up to 66%), increasing the accuracy of analyses, detecting fraud in real time, and instantly updating credit scores.<\/p>\n<p>Elias Sfeir, CEO of ANBC, emphasizes that technology should be seen as expanded intelligence, combining technological efficiency with ethical responsibility. Technological advancement has accelerated the creation of statistical models, which previously took weeks, to just a few days, expanding access to credit in a safe and inclusive way.<\/p>\n<h2>Digital security remains a challenge for Brazilian companies.<\/h2>\n<p>Despite advancements, digital security remains a critical issue: only 351% of Brazilian companies involve security teams in the development of new products, according to the first National Cybersecurity Report from Cyber Economy Brasil. Most still do not adopt the practice of &quot;security by design,&quot; which can lead to vulnerabilities, high costs, and reputational risks.<\/p>\n<p>The study indicates that while 871% of companies already use firewalls and 52% implement multifactor authentication, 43% do not apply AI in a practical way, although 68% recognize its strategic value. Furthermore, 59% of companies do not translate cybersecurity risks to senior management, hindering informed decision-making. Even so, more than 60% see cybersecurity as a competitive advantage, indicating a gradual shift in corporate mindset.<\/p>\n<h2>Brazil leads in tech salaries in Latin America.<\/h2>\n<p>Brazil is a regional leader in the compensation of technology professionals, especially engineers and data scientists, who earn an average of US$67,000 annually, according to the report. <em>The State of Global Compensation 2025<\/em> From Deel. The country also stands out for the predominance of freelance work, with 84% of technology contracts being held by independent workers, a strategy that brings agility and cost reduction, but challenges labor regulations.<\/p>\n<p>Product and design fields offer high remuneration, but internal salary disparities still exist, especially between genders and between technical and commercial sectors.<\/p>\n<h2>Sustainable partnerships and financing are gaining momentum.<\/h2>\n<p>At COP30, held in Bel\u00e9m, Banco do Brasil signed a letter of intent with the European Investment Bank to raise \u20ac350 million to support women entrepreneurs and clean energy projects in the Legal Amazon.
